Joyce has extensive experience in property management both residential and commercial. She’s also in charge of all the accounting, is presently involved in working on getting her GA.

Marina is in charge of all payroll, payables and receivables. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge in this field. We’re happy to have her on the team.

Tina is in charge of public relations and is in charge of apartment and condo leasing. Currently, Tina is taking her Real Estate license.

Justin is presently the general manager and part owner of the Heartland Inn in Winkler. He has graduated from the Asper School of Business with a commerce honors degree. He has a background in Real Estate sales and development.

Bob has a Real Estate sales and development background which includes over 33 years of sales and brokerage experience. He is a licensed Realtor with Prudential Riverbend Realty. He has developed a number of revenue properties as well residential subdivisions.
